Email works too: support@boundless.network. Include your account email, the model identifier, a request timestamp, and what you expected to happen compared with what did. Never send an API key.

Common requests#

• If your account says it is under review, tell us about the workload (the model, rough volume, and what you are building) and we will look at it sooner.
• Team admins top up credits by card from the billing page in the console.
• If you need a model we don't serve, tell us which one and what it's for.
• If a billing number looks wrong, we want to know. Quote the Inference-Id from the usage receipt if you have one.
• If you are hitting the team's throughput cap, tell us the rate you need. See Rate Limits.
