How to reach us, and what to send with a question.


Send us a message from this page. Replies come from a human.

Email works too: [support@boundless.network](mailto:support@boundless.network). Include your account email, the model identifier, a request timestamp, and what you expected to happen compared with what did. Never send an API key.

## Common requests

- If your account says it is under review, tell us about the workload (the model, rough volume, and what you are building) and we will look at it sooner.
- Team admins top up credits by card from the [billing page](/billing) in the console.
- If you need a model we don't serve, tell us which one and what it's for.
- If a billing number looks wrong, we want to know. Quote the `Inference-Id` from the [usage](/usage) receipt if you have one.
- If you are hitting the team's throughput cap, tell us the rate you need. See [Rate Limits](/docs/rate-limits).
