# Contact Boundless

How to reach a human at Boundless Networks, Inc., and what to send.


Email [**support@boundless.network**](mailto:support@boundless.network). Replies come from a human, not an autoresponder. It is the only support channel for Boundless, and it reaches the people who operate the service.

## What to include

A message with these three things is usually answered in one round trip:

- The email address your account is under
- The model ID and a request timestamp — or the request ID, if you have one
- What you expected, and what happened instead

Never send an API key. Support can identify a key from its name and the account it belongs to; a key pasted into an email has to be revoked.

## What we can help with

- **Access.** The service is invite-only while the first accounts are onboarded. Write and tell us about the workload — model, rough volume, what you are building — and we will tell you where the queue stands.
- **Credits and invoices.** Team admins top up from the [billing page](/billing) by card where that is enabled, or by requesting an invoice. Email works too: name an amount and we add the credits.
- **A model you need.** Tell us which one and what for. The lineup is chosen from what customers actually ask for.
- **Throughput.** Every team has a tokens-per-minute cap. If yours is the thing in your way, say what rate you need and we will look at raising it. See [Rate Limits](/docs/rate-limits).
- **A charge that looks wrong.** Every charge is recomputable from your request log and the [rate card](/docs/pricing). If a number does not reconcile, we want to know — that is a bug in the product's central claim.
